These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ZiloTV mobile application ("the App") and the watch-and-earn rewards programme ("the Rewards Programme") operated by {{COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME}} ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. 1. Eligibility1. पात्रता

You must be at least 18 years old to take part in the Rewards Programme. रिवॉर्ड प्रोग्राम में हिस्सा लेने के लिए आपकी उम्र कम से कम 18 साल होनी चाहिए।
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. आपके पास बाध्यकारी समझौता करने की कानूनी क्षमता होनी चाहिए।

2. The Rewards Programme2. रिवॉर्ड प्रोग्राम

Reward rate. You earn 1 USDT for every 5 minutes of eligible viewing in the App. रिवॉर्ड दर। ऐप में हर 5 मिनट की मान्य व्यूइंग पर आप 1 USDT कमाते हैं।
Minimum withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 USDT. न्यूनतम विड्रॉल। न्यूनतम विड्रॉल राशि 10 USDT है।

Processing time. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed in the order they are received. Limits. We may apply limits to protect the Rewards Programme against abuse, and any such limits are shown in the App. सीमाएँ। दुरुपयोग से बचाने के लिए हम सीमाएँ लगा सकते हैं, और ऐसी सीमाएँ ऐप में दिखाई जाती हैं।
Network conditions. You are responsible for supplying a correct wallet address on a supported network. Transfers sent to an incorrect address cannot be reversed. नेटवर्क की शर्तें। सही नेटवर्क पर सही वॉलेट पता देने की ज़िम्मेदारी आपकी है। गलत पते पर भेजा गया ट्रांसफ़र वापस नहीं हो सकता।
Changes. We may change the reward rate, minimum withdrawal or eligibility rules at any time. Rewards are credited only for genuine viewing by a real person using the App normally. The following do not earn rewards and may result in forfeiture: रिवॉर्ड सिर्फ़ ऐसे असली व्यक्ति की सच्ची व्यूइंग पर मिलता है जो ऐप सामान्य तरीके से इस्तेमाल कर रहा हो। इन पर रिवॉर्ड नहीं मिलेगा और बैलेंस ज़ब्त भी हो सकता है:

Automated viewing, scripts, bots, emulators or modified versions of the App. ऑटोमेटेड व्यूइंग, स्क्रिप्ट, बॉट, एमुलेटर या ऐप के बदले हुए वर्शन।
Multiple accounts, self-referral or coordinated activity to inflate rewards. रिवॉर्ड बढ़ाने के लिए कई अकाउंट, खुद का रेफ़रल या मिली-जुली गतिविधि।
Any attempt to manipulate, falsify or interfere with reward tracking. रिवॉर्ड ट्रैकिंग में हेरफेर, गड़बड़ी या रुकावट की कोई भी कोशिश।

4. Taxes4. टैक्स

You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to rewards you receive, including any tax on virtual digital assets in your jurisdiction. We may withhold or report amounts where required by law. 5. Your account5. आपका अकाउंट

You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure. अपने अकाउंट तक पहुँच सुरक्षित रखने की ज़िम्मेदारी आपकी है।
You may delete your account inside the App at any time. Deleting your account forfeits any unredeemed balance unless we are required by law to pay it out. आप कभी भी ऐप के अंदर से अपना अकाउंट डिलीट कर सकते हैं। अकाउंट डिलीट करने पर बचा हुआ बैलेंस ज़ब्त हो जाता है, सिवाय उस स्थिति के जब कानून हमें उसका भुगतान करने के लिए बाध्य करता हो।

All video content, artwork, text and software in the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, download, re-upload, redistribute, publicly perform or create derivative works from the content. Availability of specific series depends on your location and our content licensing. ऐप का सारा वीडियो कॉन्टेंट, आर्टवर्क, टेक्स्ट और सॉफ़्टवेयर हमारा या हमारे लाइसेंसदाताओं का है और कॉपीराइट से सुरक्षित है। आप कॉन्टेंट की कॉपी, डाउनलोड, दोबारा अपलोड, रीडिस्ट्रीब्यूशन, सार्वजनिक प्रदर्शन या उससे बनी नई सामग्री नहीं बना सकते। कौन-सी सीरीज़ उपलब्ध होगी, यह आपकी लोकेशन और हमारे कॉन्टेंट लाइसेंस पर निर्भर करता है।

7. User comments7. यूज़र कमेंट

If you post comments, you grant us a licence to display and moderate them, and you confirm you have the right to post them. Do not post unlawful, harassing or infringing content. The App and the Rewards Programme are provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that every series will be available in your region, or any particular level of earnings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the App or the Rewards Programme is limited to the total rewards credited to your account in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
